CANCELLATION POLICY

Rescheduling & cancellations

Life happens, and I understand plans sometimes change. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to move or cancel.

  • More than 48 hours' notice: free reschedule or full refund.
     

  • 24–48 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee is charged to cover the reserved slot.
     

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: the full session fee is charged.

If you're unwell, please let me know — I'd rather move your session than have you push through, and I'll always be flexible in genuine circumstances.
