• How it's stored: securely, with access limited to me as your practitioner. Digital records are held on encrypted, password-protected systems.
   

• Sharing: your information is never sold or shared with third parties, except where legally required or with your explicit written consent.

• Your rights: you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your records at any time by getting in touch.
   

Records are retained for the period required by professional and insurance guidelines, then securely destroyed.
